The medium is turbulent at high speed inside the half tube, and its heat transfer performance is better than that of ordinary integral jacket towers.
Inside the tower, reactions, crystallization, mixing, extraction, and neutralization can be carried out, while the outer coil is responsible for ensuring temperature conditions.
2. Strengthening the cylinder structure to enhance its pressure bearing capacity
The spiral half tube is equivalent to a circle of reinforcing ribs/rings, which improves the resistance of the cylinder to external pressure and instability; It can reduce the thickness of the steel plate of the tower body, lower the weight and material cost of the equipment, and the pressure of the medium on the coil side is much higher than that of the ordinary jacket. Complete isolation of heat exchange medium and tower materials:
Even if there is a leakage in the coil, the heat exchange medium will not mix into the product;
The leakage point is located on the outer wall of the equipment and is easily visible to the naked eye, so there is no need to enter the tower for maintenance;
Especially suitable for the production of valuable materials, toxic materials, and sterile materials.

The external insulation layer of the coil reduces heat loss, maintains stable temperature inside the tower, and reduces energy consumption.
